Is an item not quite right for you, or have you changed your mind? No problem. At LOTS of vintage, you can return your order within 14 days, provided it meets our return conditions.

Return policy

A return will be accepted if:

1. You must notify us of the return within 14 days of receipt by email.
2. The item is unworn, undamaged and clean.
3. The item is carefully packaged, preferably in the original packaging.
4. The parcel is returned via PostNL and includes a track & trace code.

Returns process

1. Send an email to info@lotsofvintage.nl with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.
2. We will send you the return address.
3. Send the parcel via PostNL. The return costs are at your own expense.
4. Once we have received and checked the item, we will refund the purchase price within 7 working days.
